Thermostat housing with 1.25-inch connector compatible with B-Series (1988-2001) and D-Series (1988-2000, excluding D16Z6) engines.This CNC machined billet aluminum housing mounts in the position with the radiator outlet oriented at the factory-specified upward angle.Features a threaded water outlet port compatible with standard 1.25-inch radiator hose fittings, as well as 12AN and 16AN fittings.The radiator hose fitting thread size is 16OR (1-5/16-12 SAE).Includes one port for the fan switch and one 1/8 NPT accessory port with an included plug.An M6 threaded hole is provided for the engine harness ground ring.Installation requires two bolts adjacent to the intake manifold.Two mounting hole locations are included to accommodate fitment across specified B and D series engines.Minor modifications may be necessary for certain transmissions or scattershields.
