    APPOINTMENT POLICY

    Should you need to change or cancel your appointment?
    We kindly request that you notify us at least 24 hours in advance. Failure to do so, or if the appointment is missed altogether, will result in a $20 cancellation fee.

    We advise against opening the packaging of your items prior to the technician's arrival
    In the event of missing or damaged parts, we cannot be held liable, and a $30 travel fee will be incurred if the technician has already visited your property.

    Please ensure that your item is situated in the designated room or area before the appointment
    As we do not offer haul away or moving services. If the appointment is canceled due to the need for item relocation, a cancellation fee will apply.

    Following completion of the job...
    The technician can dispose of waste in your property's trash bin. However, they are unable to haul away or remove any additional trash or packaging.
